1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bac444 website accessible at https://bac444.vip and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or is accessing the Platform with the intention of registering.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on bac444.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held within a Player's Account, including any deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings, subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus amounts awarded by bac444 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player from their own verified payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which the Platform operates for players in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register and use bac444, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bac444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Registration is open to individuals who can lawfully participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bac444 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the bac444 Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or IP address, is a material breach of these Terms. bac444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances associated with them.

2.4 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

2.5 bac444 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the Player's responsibility to verify their legal position before registering.

3 Account Security

3.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to their registered mobile number or email address.

3.2 You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bac444 will treat any activity conducted using your Account credentials as activity carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

3.3 If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bac444 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bac444 will investigate such reports and take appropriate action, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification where those losses resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 bac444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available from the Account security settings dashboard and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

4 Deposits

4.1 bac444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, and these are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned where possible, or otherwise credited to a restricted account pending investigation.

4.3 bac444 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made through any method not listed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. Any funds received through unauthorised channels will not be credited and may be returned after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

4.4 Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Account balance in real time or within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. bac444 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or network connectivity.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Players may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) the Account has passed full KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include Bonus Funds subject to an unsatisfied Wagering Requirement; and (c) the requested amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the Cashier.

5.2 Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. bac444 does not send withdrawal payments to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the Player's verified identity.

5.3 bac444 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) after KYC approval. Bank card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. These are target timescales and not guarantees; actual processing times may vary.

5.4 bac444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Players may be asked to provide additional identity documents during this process. bac444 will communicate any such requests to the Player's registered email address.

5.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the Account balance reaches or exceeds the minimum.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 bac444 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bet tokens, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including applicable Wagering Requirements.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. During the wagering period, Bonus Funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal.

6.3 bac444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds that have not yet been subjected to the required wagering at the time of cancellation will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

6.4 Players who are found to have registered multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming promotional bonuses more than once will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and their Accounts permanently suspended.

6.5 bac444 reserves the right at its absolute discretion to exclude any Player from any promotion or offer, or to adjust bonus amounts or wagering requirements on a per-account basis, where it determines that such action is necessary to prevent abuse.

7 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the bac444 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The results of all games are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including bac444.

7.2 Players must not use any software tool, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence system, or any other automated or semi-automated method to interact with, analyse, or place bets on the Platform. Use of such tools is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7.3 Players must not collude with other players, share information that would provide an unfair advantage, or engage in any coordinated strategy that manipulates game outcomes or sports betting results. Such conduct includes but is not limited to match-fixing, soft play, chip dumping in poker variants, and coordinated bonus abuse.

7.4 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during gameplay, the game round in progress at the time of the fault may be voided and bets returned to the Player's Account. bac444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such situations fairly but does not guarantee that game state can be recovered in all circumstances.

7.5 The game rules for each individual game title are stated within that game. Where a conflict exists between the in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the conflict relates to a game-specific payout rule, in which case the in-game rules for that title shall govern.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 bac444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Players aged 21 and above are the only persons permitted to use the Platform. bac444 provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the Account settings dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

8.2 Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to contact [email protected] for confidential guidance. bac444 treats all responsible gaming communications with the highest priority and complete discretion.

8.3 Once a Player activates permanent self-exclusion, bac444 will close the Account and the Player will be barred from re-registering. bac444 will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player circumventing self-exclusion measures by registering a new Account. Any such account, if discovered, will be immediately closed and balances forfeited.

9 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the bac444 Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Registering if you are under 21 years of age or if you are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering an Account for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data or software from the Platform.
• Introducing any virus, malware, or harmful code to the Platform or its associated infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the normal operation of the Platform.
• Making false claims against bac444 to payment providers, banks, or other financial institutions in connection with legitimate transactions on the Platform (so-called "chargeback fraud").

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the bac444 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, databases, and underlying code, is the property of bac444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bac444.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bac444 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults; loss arising from reliance on incorrect game or odds information displayed due to a technical error; and loss arising from Account access problems outside bac444's reasonable control.

11.2 bac444 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and events outside bac444's control (including network outages, force majeure events, and third-party payment provider outages) may cause temporary unavailability. bac444 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising during periods of unavailability.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 bac444 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and KYC verification in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and bac444.

12.2 bac444 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, required to process your transactions (e.g., sharing payment data with bKash or Nagad to complete a deposit), or where you have given your explicit consent.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 bac444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bac444 will notify Players by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14 Termination and Account Closure

14.1 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after satisfactory identity verification, less any pending bonus wagering obligations.

14.2 bac444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (c) the Player has initiated an unjustified chargeback against a legitimate transaction; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to bac444.

14.3 Upon termination of an Account by bac444 for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned at bac444's discretion after investigation.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bac444 is operated internationally.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and bac444, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bac444 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and promptly. bac444's decision on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final where it is based on verified technical logs and audit records.

15.3 bac444 does not make representations about the legal status of online gambling in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
